We work in a home studio and therefore only accept drop offs or collections for certain projects. Please mention your a local in your enquiry so we can discuss this further.
Of course, but please hold off from sending the product until you have paid your invoice and we have agreed your project time.
We ask that with all enquiries you provide us with the date you need your item completed. Embroidery can't be rushed so we need to ensure there's enough time to complete your request. That said, if you have an urgent matter may be able to prioritise your request with a rush fee.
Absolutely! To craft a heartfelt message from a loved one who may be far away or has passed, all we require is a photo of their meaningful items like letters, notes, or mementos.
